Simple and delicious one pot chicken with vegetables

Simple. Delicious. Quick. That is often the history of my recipes.

This one is all that and much more. Juicy tender chicken breast with delicious crunchy vegetables and a lovely seasoning. A great meal that can be replicated for the family!

I am all about simple meals. Simple but tasty, I mean, bursting with flavor. The humble chicken breast is so often demonized for being tasteless and dry. Not this one. It is juicy, flavorful, truly delicious. Paired with the vegetables and spices, it is a perfect meal.
