I love hollandaise sauce, its richness, color, tangy taste, makes it one of my favorite items for a Sunday brunch. BUT (there is always a but right) many people complain how time-consuming it is and how easy it is to fail the recipe and end up with a miserable looking hollandaise, curdled and not appetizing at all.
