Delicious avocado + matcha + smoothie = yummy
In another life, before I found LCHF, I used to be a smoothie kind of girl. Smoothies for breakfast were my trusted choices. After I found LCHF I totally changed my eating habits, and now I rarely have breakfast.
However, a smoothie can still be part of a LCHF style of living. Not frequently, as solid meals are always preferable, but still it can be part of your life.
Thinking about that I just came up with this lovely and vibrant recipe last weekend. It combines the creaminess of avocado and yogurt, with the exquisite Matcha taste, and the health properties of spirulina. If you do not eat dairy, try it with coconut yogurt or coconut cream. It is yummylicious. Feel free to use other toppings to your liking, to add vanilla extract, other berries or even no berries at all. Toasted coconut will also be perfect as a topping.
