Delicious and Easy Seed and Nuts LCHF Bread

I have tweaked a lot my perfect bread recipe the famous ketostatic bread that got so many amazing reviews. I did turn it into several different breads, both savory and sweet, all based in that same recipe. Why changing it completely if it was such a huge success right? Right, BUT that is me. Always looking for perfection (it is a curse I know), and always looking to improve what I already considered good (all my recipes are well-tested before being published). So here it is, my new recipe, full of goodness and health, low in carbs, and absolutely delicious. Give it a , let me know. Enjoy and be happy!

This bread recipe will for sure make you smile. Try it toasted for extra crunchiness, with butter, and a good cup of coffee. It is special, it is healthy, it is yummy.

  • In another bowl put all dry ingredients and whisk it making sure there are no lumps in the mix
  • Beat the eggs on high-speed until doubled in volume and fluffy
  • Add the macadamia nut butter and beat well
  • Add the dry ingredients in two batches beating between additions
  • Put into the loaf pan, sprinkle with additional seeds

OMGoodness! This loaf is delicious. I just wish I could send you some of my special butter to try with the bread – a marriage made in heaven. Thank you and thanks to those Montbeliarde cows; I could eat the whole loaf slathered with that butter 🙂

Can you post the nutrition by portion info (specifically net carbs per serving)? That section is blank above.

Sorry I do not give nutrition info. My brands are totally different due to where I live. But you can calculate it by inputting ingredients on a tracking app such as MFP, ketodietapp, carb manager etc

A big winner! I made this bread last week. I love the ease of the recipe, and it it delicious cool or toasted. Slices so thin! My partner surprised me with French Toast the next day. He likes this bread too.
