I have tweaked a lot my perfect bread recipe the famous ketostatic bread that got so many amazing reviews. I did turn it into several different breads, both savory and sweet, all based in that same recipe. Why changing it completely if it was such a huge success right? Right, BUT that is me. Always looking for perfection (it is a curse I know), and always looking to improve what I already considered good (all my recipes are well-tested before being published). Sorry I do not give nutrition info. My brands are totally different due to where I live. But you can calculate it by inputting ingredients on a tracking app such as MFP, ketodietapp, carb manager etc
A big winner! I made this bread last week. I love the ease of the recipe, and it it delicious cool or toasted. Slices so thin! My partner surprised me with French Toast the next day. He likes this bread too.
