Low Carb Primal Grilled Peach, Parma ham and Cheese Salad/ Salada Lowcarb Primal de Pêssego Grelhado, Presunto de Parma e Queijo

It is a perfect meal for a summer day, filled with nutrition, diversity and health. The contrast between the sweetness of the peaches with the strong taste of blue cheese and freshness of lettuce leaves makes this a salad to remember

Ingredients

  • 1 peach halved
  • 50g blue cheese
  • 50g Parma ham
  • 50g mature cheddar or other cheese of your choice
  • 100g butter lettuce or lettuce mix
  • salt, oil and vinegar to taste
  • edible flowers or herbs as optional touch

Directions

  • Grill the peaches until they show a nice caramelization and grill marks
  • Cut the peaches in 8 thick slices
  • Cube the cheese
  • Arrange the lettuce on a plate and season with salt, olive oil and vinegar
  • Add the cheese, sliced parma ham, and peaches
  • Sprinkle edible flowers or herbs on top

    Salada perfeita para um dia de calor, cheia de saúde, sabor, aromas, texturas. O contraste entre o sabor forte do blue cheese com o doce dos pêssegos e a frescura da alface faz desta salada algo inesquecível.

    Ingredientes

    • 1 pêssego cortado na metade
    • 50g de blue cheese
    • 50g presunto de Parma 
    • 50g de queijo cheddar maturado ou outro queijo à sua escolha
    • 100gde alface ou mix de folhas
    • sal, azeite de oliva e vinagre a gosto
    • flores comestíveis ou ervas aromáticas – opcional

    Directions

  • Grelhe os pêssegos até conseguir uma boa caramelização e marcas da grelha
  • Corte os pêssegos grelhados em 8 fatias grossas
  • Corte o queijo em cubinhos
  • coloque as folhas em uma travessa ou prato e tempere com sal, azeite de oliva e vinagre a gosto
  • Adicione o queijo, presunto de Parma e pêssegos
  • Espalhe flores comestíveis ou ervas aromáticas por cima
  • Se jogue e seja feliz
