So close to perfection. Texture, flavor and smell, oohhh the smell. This petit gateau will surely make a very special treat


 

Ingredients

  • 50g dark chocolate, chopped (I used 85%)
  • 50g butter
  • Erythritol to taste (I used 2 tbsp)
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50g ground cashew nuts

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Butter 3 small ramekins, line the bottom with parchment paper and butter again. Preheat the ramekins .
  • Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave or over a pan with simmering water. Let it cool down for a couple of minutes
  • Add the eggs one by one to the chocolate and beat between each addition
  • Add the sweetener and vanilla, mix well
  • Add the ground cashews and mix
  • Divide the batter among the preheated ramekins. Bake until the tops of the cakes are set but in the center still a little soft (I baked mine for 12 minutes).  Let them sit for 5 minutes.
  • Run a spatula around each cake and put onto a serving plate.

Ingredientes

  • 50g chocolate preto (usei 85%)
  • 50g de manteiga sem sal
  • Erythritol ou xylitol a gosto (usei 2 cs)
  • 2 ovos pequenos
  • 1/2 cchá de extrato de baunilha
  • 50g de castanha de cajú moída

Preparo

  • Pré-aqueça o forno a 200ºC. Untar 3 ramekins pequenos, forrar o fundo com papel cera e untar de novo. Colocar no forno para aquecer.
  • Derreter a manteiga com o chocolate no micro ou em uma panela sobre água fervente. Deixe arrefecer alguns minutos
  • Adicione os ovos à mistura de chocolate um a um, batendo entre cada adição
  • Adicione o xylitol, baunilha e misture bem
  • Adicione a castanha e misture
  • Divida a massa entre os ramekins, coloque no forno. Asse até as bordas estarem firmes mas o centro molinho (assei os meus por 12 minutos).  Retire do forno e deixe arrefecer 5 minutos.
  • Passe uma espátula em redor dos bolinhos e coloque de ponta cabeça num pratinho, retire o ramekin com cuidado e delicie-se
