Fish fillet en papillote

A meal that is easy and quick to make, requiring minimal prep and than can use all sorts of vegetables in substitution of the ones indicated here.

Ingredients

  • 300g skinless and deboned fish fillet (I used hake)
  • 4 bok choi
  • 1/2 sliced onion
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 asparagus spears(optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
 

Directions

  • Turn on the oven, at a 180ºC temperature
  • Cut a rectangle of aluminum foil or parchment paper large enough to wrap the fish and veggies
  • Drizzle it with 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Add the onion and bok choi, in layers seasoning between each layer
  • Put the fish on top of the veggies
  • Put the asparagus on top of the fish and season both well
  • Add the last 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Carefully wrap the foil or paper around the fish and veggies closing the ends tightly
  • Cook for 20 minutes
  • Take it from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle the chopped parsley on top

Filé de Peixe em Papillote

Uma refeição leve, fácil de fazer e rápida, que não requer quase preparação. Pode usar qualquer tipo de vegetais que não os indicados aqui.

Ingredientes

  • 1 filé de peixe sem pele e sem espinhas, com 300g (usei pescada)
  • 4 couves bok choi
  • 1/2 de uma cebola em fatias
  • 4 cs de azeite de oliva
  • 12 aspargos (opcional)
  • sal e pimenta do reino a gosto
  • 1 cs de salsinha picada

Preparo

  • Ligue o forno a 180ºC
  • Corte um rectângulo de papel prata ou papel cera grande o suficiente para embrulhar o peixe e vegetais
  • Unte com 2 cs de azeite de oliva
  • Coloque a cebola e por cima o bok choi fatiado, temperando entre cada camada
  • Coloque o peixe na cama de vegetais e os aspargos por cima. Tempera a gosto
  • Adicione as restantes 2cs de azeite de oliva
  • Embrulhe com cuidado o papel em redor do peixe e vegetais fechando bem
  • Cozinhe por 20 minutos
  • Retire do forno, deixe descansar 5 min, abra e polvilhe a salsinha picada por cima
