Fluffy, with an amazing texture that contrasts beautifully when biting through the creamy nut butter swirls and the chocolate surrounding it, irresistible.




  • 160g 80% chocolate
  • 180g butter
  • xylitol to taste
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa
  • pinch of salt
  • 120g ground walnuts
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1tbsp psyllium powder
  • 4tbsp macadamia nut butter


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spray a brownie square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; line pan with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper and set aside.
  • Melt the butter with the chocolate and mix with xylitol, beating well
  • Add eggs and stir.
  • Add the remaining ingredients apart from the nut butter and mix well
  • Pour  the batter into the pan
  • Drop teaspoons of the nut butter onto the batter.
  • Swirl the nut butter into the batter –  DO NOT over mix.
  • Bake for 30 minutes and let it cool in the pan

Fofinhas, com uma textura maravilhosa contrastando a cremosidade da manteiga de macadamia com a base de chocolate, totamente irresistíveis.




  • 60g chocolate 80%
  • 180g de manteiga
  • Xilitol a gosto
  • 5 ovos grandes
  • 2 colheres de sopa de cacau puro
  • pitada de sal
  • 120g de nozes moídas
  • 1 pitada de canela
  • 1/4 colher de chá de noz-moscada
  • 1 cs de psyllium em pó
  • 4 cs manteiga de macadamia


  • Pré-aqueça o forno a 180 graus.
  • Unter bem uma assadeira quadrada com spray antiaderente; Colocar papel cera e untar. Reservar.
  • Derreta a manteiga com o chocolate e misture com xilitol, batendo bem
  • Adicione os ovos e mexa.
  • Adicione os ingredientes restantes além da manteiga de nozes e misture bem
  • Despeje a massa na panela
  • Deite colheres de chá da manteiga de macadamia na massa.
  • Faça pequenos redemoinhos como na fotografia – NÃO MISTURE DEMAIS
  • Asse por 30 minutos e deixe esfriar na forma.
