A very refreshing drink, perfect for a summer day

Ingredients

  • 1 lt of water
  • 1 whole lemon, skin on,
  • 4tbsp  mint
  • 2tsp ginger
  • Sweetener to taste 

Directions

The twist of this recipe is using the whole lemon, it gives a distinct taste and flavour and adds fibre to your day (if not strained). Net Carbs 5.4g for the whole recipe

  • Wash the lemon and slice it in quarters.
  • Chop the mint coarsely
  • Chop the ginger
  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed
  • Strain as an option
  • Store in the fridge

Uma bebida refrescante e low carb para dias de verão.

Ingredientes

  • 1 l de água gelada
  • 1 limão inteiro com casca
  • 4 cs de hortelã
  • 2 cchá de gengibre
  • Adoçante a gosto

Preparo

Utilizando o limão inteiro dá um sabor e cheiro distintos e permite consumir a fibra desde que não seja coado. A receita inteira tem 5.4g de carbo líquido

  • Lavar bem o limão e cortar em quartos
  • Picar a hortelã
  • Picar o gengibre
  • Liquidificar todos os ingredientes muito bem
  • Opcionalmente coar
  • Guardar na geladeira
