My Tweak on Cream Cheese Pancakes: Savory Pancakes
Perfect for a light lunch or a breakfast, easy to make and versatile.
- 4 eggs
- 100g softened cream cheese
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Sal and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp of organic turmeric
DirectionsBlend all ingredients in high speed. heat a 25cm frying pan and add 1 tsp of coconut oil, spreading well. Drop the batter on the pan making sure it is all coated and not too thin. Let it cook well, until dry on the edges. Flip it and cook till set. I used two frying pans instead of flipping to guarantee they would not break.
