The ultimate keto choc dream

Ingredients
FOR THE BROWNIES- 1/4 cup raw cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- Xylitol to taste
- 1 1/4 cups (80 percent cacao) chocolate pieces
- 4 large eggs at room temperature
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
FOR THE GANACHE
- 3/4 cup 70% chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions
Brownies:- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spray a brownie square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; line pan with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix the raw cacao, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
In a large heatproof bowl, combine butter, xylitol, and chocolate. Place bowl over simmering water. Heat, stirring until butter and chocolate are melted and mixture is smooth. - Remove bowl from heat and whisk in eggs, water, and vanilla extract. Whisk in the cocoa mix. Pour batter into the baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and edges and center are set, 40 min app. Put the pan on a cooling rack and let brownies cool completely inside the pan.
Ganache:
Place the chocolates in a heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, combine cream and salt; bring to a boil. Pour cream mixture over the chocolate and let it rest until chocolate is melted, about 5 minutes. Whisk till smooth; stir in vanilla extract. Spread over the cooled brownies with a spatula. Put in the fridge until set.

- 1/4 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio
- 1/4 colher de chá de sal marinho grosseiro
- 1 xícara de manteiga sem sal, cortada em cubos pequenos
- Xilitol a gosto
- 1 1/4 xícaras de pedaços de chocolate (usei 80% de cacau)
- 4 ovos grandes à temperatura ambiente
- 1/2 xícara de água fria
- 1 colher (chá) de extrato de baunilha puro (opcional)
PARA A GANACHE
- 3/4 xícara de chocolate 70%
- 1/2 xícara de nata
- 1/4 colher de chá de extrato de baunilha puro
Ganache: Coloque o chocolate em uma tigela que aguente calor. Em uma pequena panela, misture a nata e sal; leve para ferver. Despeje a mistura sobre o chocolate e deixe descansar até que o chocolate esteja derretido, cerca de 5 minutos. Bata até ficar homogêneo; Junte o extrato de baunilha. Hi Adele! Thank you so much! I use those measuring cups and spoons that you buy at any good supermarket or even online. I do not have it in grams but there are conversion charts available online. Just google convert cups to grams
