Keto pancakes


Easy keto pancakes

Fluffy and delicious either in a savoury or sweet version and so easy to make.




  • 1 tbsp almond flour or any nut flour
  • 1/3 tbsp coconut flour (flaxseed meal or sesame flour could be used but increase to 1tbsp)
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cream or melted butter/ghee
  • 1 large egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (I used a gluten free one)


  • Mix all ingredients together with a fork or whisker
  • Use a small frying pan (1 egg capacity) and put 1 tbsp of the batter each time. Let the batter bubble to turn it, its ready when golden and set.

Textura fofinha e sabor delicioso. Super fácil e rápida de fazer.




  • 1 cs farinha de oleaginosas
  • 1/3 cs farinha de coco (pode substituir por farinha de linhaça ou de gergelim, mas aumente para 1cs)
  • 1 cs de óleo de coco
  • 1 cs de nata ou manteiga derretida (ghee também serve)
  • 1 ovo grande
  • pitada de sal
  • 1/c cchá de fermento químico


Misturar bem todos os ingredientes com um garfo ou fouet.  Assar em frigideira pequena. Colocar uma colher de sopa da massa, esperar fazer bolhas, virar. Fica pronto quando está dourada e sequinha. Dá 3 a 4 panquecas.
